Customer Success Representative - San Diego
Innovative and growing company looking for an individual to join the Customer Success Team to help continue building valuable relationships. The ideal candidate has an innate ability to solve issues on the fly and has a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others.

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service when helping customers through the phone or email.
  • Create meaningful relationships through enthusiasm and product knowledge.
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of enterprise level .NET applications.
  • Past experience in supporting customers who are utilizing enterprise software applications.
  • Technical support experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable with performing simple math operations.
  • At least two years’ experience in a customer facing support role.
  • Ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred).
