Job Description

Seeking an Epic Account Manager who will join the team of an award-winning practice in San Diego. This Technical Account Manager will be the liaison between the Epic Community Connect program team and its affiliates to build/maintain relationships and drive future Epic implementation opportunities for the organization.   • 3+ years of professional experience working with Epic Ambulatory or Professional Billing modules (must be able to speak technically to the modules listed)
  • A proven track record of managing Epic projects (technical)
  • Must be an effective communicator and extremely organized
  • NO Epic certification is required
  • PMP a plus
