Executive Assistant San Diego!
A leading San Diego company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite personnel at a publicly traded company. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage calendars, mail, and phone calls
  • Coordinate meetings, projects, domestic and international travel plans
  • Prepare expense reports and materials for presentations
  • Draft/ proofread memos
  • Take notes during board meetings and work with investors
  • Degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Experience working in a publicly-traded company
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite executives preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
