Human Resources Manager - Software Industry- San Diego
 
A progressive software company is looking to add a Human Resources Manager to their team. This role will report directly to the VP of Finance and will contribute to the company through their expertise in talent acquisition strategy and organizational design. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Human Resources experience, a proven record of effective talent management, and excellent communication skills.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement company-wide HR initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key executives
  • Full scale of HR duties ranging from executive-level strategy to talent acquisition
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Management, Business Admin, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • SHRM or PHR certification a plus
  • Experience with retention, training, executive development, employee relations, talent management programs and more
  • Strong communication skills,
