A well established Real Estate firm that manages properties across the US is looking for a strong Lease Administration Associate. This unique role is a fit for a detail-oriented individual with great communication skills and an analytical mindset.
As a Lease Administration Associate, you’ll be responsible for reviewing leases, abstracting documents into Yardi, auditing the rent roll with the Property Manager, and processing lease admin forms. Additionally, you’ll assist the property accounting team with CAM reconciliations and audits, analyzing the company’s leasing activity, and summarizing leasing performance. This is an impactful role that will also provide you with the opportunity to develop and implement new lease administration policies.
What you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4 - 7 years of prior lease administration experience, including CAM audits and reconciliations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Yardi (Voyager preferred), MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups), and MS Access.
  • Strong understanding of leasing concepts and commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
