Job description:

  • Connect with allied health professionals including case managers, physical therapists, respiratory therapist and radiologist for direct hire and locum tenens positions.  
  • Post jobs to social media and professional job sites to attract talent
  • Establish a strong rapport with candidates through continued conversations via phone and email
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to get a better understanding of their experience
  • Maintain and manage outstanding lines of communication to ensure candidates stay in touch with the company
  • Negotiate pay rate and help arrange travel
  • Maintain accurate records in company database including correct contact information and notes
  • Assist with credentialing process
  • Meet daily with your team to go over sales numbers and open positions
  • Provide new ideas and insight to team members on how to creatively attract new talent  
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Technologically savvy, great with computers
  • Driven and outgoing personality!
