What you will be doing:

  • Support the CRM functionality and Sales analytics
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards so the team can work smarter, not just harder
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, operations, and IT teams as it relates to (SFDC)
  • Manage multiple user setup, profiles and roles, workflows, permissions, and more.
What you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field (not required but recommended)
  • 2+ years’ Salesforce Administration experience in either an official or unofficial capacity
  • Desire to teach others on SFDC functionality so they can take care of the "small questions" on their own!
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator is a plus!
