An international Accounting Advisory Firm is looking to expand their growing team by hiring a Senior Manager for their Orange County office. This firm serves both privately held and publicly traded companies in a broad range of industries, with a high number of IPO clients. This Advisory and Assurance Firm is committed to helping their clients identify their financial needs and goals, maintaining the highest of ethical standards.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients: managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction by creating work plans for each assignment
  • Prepare financial statements, conduct research, and summarize findings with supporting documentation
  • Coach, advise, and direct team members in managing and meeting client expectations
  • Travel locally up to 25%
Your qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of public accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (advanced degree preferred)
  • Active CPA license required
  • Proficient knowledge of GAAP and GAAS, SEC & SOX404 experience preferred
  • A general understanding of both global and local market trends
  • High energy, strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of accounting systems: Excel, Quickbooks, CaseWare, Prosystem fx Engagement
